Gary Dwyer is the Broker / Owner of Buyer Agents of Boston.  Gary provides his clients a unique blend of experience and perspectives gained from being a global real estate investor as well as an experienced REALTOR. 

Gary is considered a "top producer" in the Greater Boston area and helps his clients purchase millions of dollars worth of real estate every year.  Whether they are a first- time buyer, a million dollar buyer, or seasonsed investor, buyers value his understanding of the real estate market and consultative approach to help them make educated real estate decisions.

Gary has already earned the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate - Realtor Institute (GRI) designations from the National Association of Realtors. These designations are only earned by a select group of agents who have demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate profession.  

Gary is a member of the Council of Residential Sepcialists and is actively pursuing his Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) designation.  Recently, Gary earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation for knowledge and experience in assisting seniors in their real estate needs.

As an Exclusive Buyer Agent, Gary provides a host of value-added services and consultation that is not available through a traditional real estate agent. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, he is also a member of the Massachusetts Realtor Association, Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents and the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents.  He is also a sought after instructor for first-time homebuyer sessions.   Gary is also an active real estate investor with commercial and residential interests in Boston, Puerto Rico and France.

Gary earned an MBA from Bentley College. He is a long-time resident of the Back Bay/South End and has lived on St. Botolph Street for over 15 years. Gary sits on the Board of the St. Botolph Neighborhood Association, serving as its treasurer as well as co-chair of its Streetscape Improvement Committee.
