Gary Dwyer is the Broker / Owner of Buyer Agents of Boston.  Gary founded Buyer Agents of Boston in 2005 to provide home buyers throughout the downtown Boston and Greater Boston area an unbiased voice in helping them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. 

Gary is considered a "top producer" in the Greater Boston area and helps his clients purchase millions of dollars worth of real estate every year.  Whether they are a first- time buyer or seasoned investor, his clients value his understanding of the real estate market and no-pressure approach to buying a home.

Gary is the only Exclusive Buyer Agent in Boston that has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the National Association of REALTORS.  This designation is only held by 4% of REALTORs nationwide and represents the highest level of knowledge, professionalism and experience in the field of residential real estate.

Gary has also earned the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate - Realtor Institute (GRI) and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.

As an Exclusive Buyer Agent, Gary provides a host of value-added services and consultation that is not available through a traditional real estate agent. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, he is also a member of the Massachusetts Realtor Association, Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Buyer Agents and the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents.  He is also a sought after instructor for first-time homebuyer sessions and is often quoted about the current state of the Boston real estate market in local media.

Gary earned an MBA from Bentley College and is a long-time resident of the Back Bay/South End .
